However, for less than 100 items, and if quickbooks is used, ne of these features are necessary. Also, these cart systems requires that all content and web design need to be inside of the system. Paypal does t swallow the website	Paypal is the simplest and most secure shopping cart management system. Recently, they even added universal button changes where one control panel detail can be changed and instances of that “buy w” or “add to cart” button will be automatically modified. With Paypal, the ongoing cost of a 3rd party security certificate is unnecessary as all transactions happen on Paypals HTTPS servers. The biggest difference is that both ZenCart and OsCommerce require all changes including price and design to be done within their software. Paypal does t. Paypal works with any simple html page.

Harnessing Your Anger and Fear Part One

I just noticed a facebook post by a friend. He said he became angry at his employer and blamed it on his ego. I suppose it could have been the case. However just as often, ego is blamed for healthy anger.

That’s correct. I put the two words together. Healthy – Anger.

I don’t know where we got the idea that Anger is a ubiquitously bad thing (I’ve been itching to use that word outside of a sociological context). Anger motivates. Anger rallys. Anger Inspires.

When was the last time you saw a man build an empire because he was aboundingly joyful? When was the last time you saw a man tear down apartheid because he was enthralled in love.

In the wisdom of the east, Anger is considered rising and focusing energy (wood element; tree roots focus and funnel into the trunk). Love is rooting and absorbing energy (earth element). Joy is quickly spreading energy (fire element). Each of the five element energies are necessary to achieve all the events in nature. Not one is “wrong,” in and of itself.

If someone pisses you off, thank them. Compress the energy. Then go out and kick some ass.

Do not judge yourself. Allow you to feel anger, fear, and sadness along with love and joy. This too is zen.

How to Be Heard at a Meeting

Let’s face it. Meetings are generally a total self-glorification-fest. Everyone comes in with a heart full of gripes they want to spew onto everyone else in the room. If one person hits on a nerve, then everyone transmutes into a mindless zombie mob of vocalized discontent.

If you want to be heard at a meeting, let the frustrated steam of everyone else in the room out first. Then speak your mind.

Nobody wants to eat on a full stomach.
